World Travel Awards, the premier global awards event which aims to promote excellence in the travel and tourism industry has announced that its online voting facilities are now live on the World Travel Awards website, which can be accessed by travel professionals worldwide at www.worldtravelawards.com/votenow

The online voting aims to make voting easy for users. It provides travel agents and tourism ministers with the unique opportunity to put forward their regional favourites at the click of a button.
Nominations are based on the previous year’s voting. Tens of thousands of travel professionals from across the globe are expected to vote until it closes on 10th October.
Winners will be announced at the World Travel Awards ceremony, one of the highlights in the travel industry calendar, hosted this year by The Plaza, New York, on the 13th October 2003.
For this special event World Travel Awards has created new travel technology categories as well as national categories for travel professionals to vote for their preferred choice within their own country. This initiative adds a new national dimension to the world’s most comprehensive travel awards ceremony with trophies awarded across the whole spectrum of the industry.
