Five-time Rolex Yachtswoman of the year Betsy Alison and big boat racer Martha Parker cover all aspects of skippering, sail trimming, sail changing, crewing and teamwork, as well as overboard recovery techniques, along with their sailing instruction. Pam Wall, best know for her `round the world cruising adventures, enlightens enthusiasts of all skill levels with advice on where and how to cruise offshore. To put new skills to use, guests can participate in treasure hunts, match racing, rallies and fleet racing.
