Puerto Vallarta`s illustrious culinary figure, Thierry Blouet of Café des Artistes will team up with the cuisine team of Carlos Nieto and Ramiro Velasquez to host a magnificent benefit dinner in Highland Park, Illinois to benefit the “Fundacion Arturo y los Hijos de Dios A.C.”. The Highland Park Country Club will host the benefit on October 3, 2003 offering a gourmet Mexican dinner with a French flair.

The October 3rd event will kick-off at 7:00 pm at the Highland Park Country Club with cocktails and entertainment including The Highland Park Strings and Music of the Mariachis. Dinner will offer a seamless blend of Mexican and French masterpieces by two of the most distinguished chefs in the United States and Mexico.
Chef Thierry Blouet of Café des Artistes in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a well-known friend of the foundation, and Chef Carlos Nieto from Carlos` Restaurant in Highland Park, Chicago, will collaborate in an evening of creative culinary delights.
The Fundacion Arturo y los Hijos de Dios A.C. benefits underprivileged and impoverished families in distressed situations by providing resources and financial support raised by members and the foundation.
