St. Thomas` Bolongo Bay Beach Club recently announced that Richard Alexander is the new executive chef at the resort`s two restaurants, the Bolongo Beach House and Iggies Beach Bar & Grill.
Alexander has developed new menus at both restaurants featuring fresh seafood specialties, Caribbean favorites and more. In addition, Bolongo
offers themed nights at both restaurants.
These include: Gaucho steak night, all-you-can-eat snow crab legs, Carnival night and
oysters on the half-shell night are just a few of the themes offered at the Bolongo Beach House. Iggies offers a karaoke night and an all-you-can-eat beach barbecue night.
