RSSC Statement on War

We understand that our current or potential guests may have some concerns about traveling in these days of uncertainty and global conflict. We would like to reassure everyone currently booked on, or planning to book, a cruise with Radisson Seven Seas, that the safety of our guests, our crew and our vessels is our top priority. Ê
We are working closely with local governments and our security consultants to ensure safe operations worldwide. All of our vessels remain at Level 3 Security Status (the highest level), and will continue to be at this level for the foreseeable future. Security measures under level 3 include:
* All guests, visitors and crew boarding our vessels are screened. * All luggage, including checked bags is also screened. * Provisions are screened & searched. * All guests are issued with an access card with photo ID. * Other strict and confidential security procedures, which for obvious reasons cannot be discussed in detail, are also in place. Ê
Due to customer requests for more cruises closer to home, we have adjusted the schedules of two of our vessels:
* The Radisson Diamond will remain in the Caribbean through the beginning of August instead of the originally published Mediterranean schedule, * The Seven Seas Navigator will offer an extended Bermuda and Canada/New England schedule instead of offering Baltic cruises in July.
We have changed our cancellation policies for Europe cruises: through our PartnerShip Assurance Program, guests may cancel their Europe cruises through the end of August for any reason and receive a Goodwill Cruise Certificate in the amount of their cancellation penalty, less a $200 per guest administrative fee.
Those wishing to contact friends and loved ones on our vessels (and vice versa) can do so via satellite phone calls with the use of a major credit card. Guests on board have access to international satellite news channels (except on the Paul Gauguin, where updated satellite news bulletins are distributed daily).? Guests on all our vessels also have access to email at a nominal charge.
We continue to ask travelers to put the real threat in perspective and we encourage them to stay the course and continue to live life normally. This includes planning and enjoying their vacation. Those doing so can proceed in the knowledge that Radisson Seven Seas Cruises will do everything in our power to provide a safe and enjoyable cruise, along with the highest standards of service and comfort for which we are known
One of our greatest freedoms remains the freedom to travel.
Kindest regards—- Mark S. Conroy—- President and CEO
