Top of the Class with SABTA 2003

Sandals aim to train more than 3,000 agents in 2003 with this years new and improved Sandals and Beaches Training Academy, (SABTA).
The 2003 programme features brand new film footage of Sandals and Beaches Resorts, including the new resort, Sandals Grande St Lucian Spa & Beach Resort. The video training will also include more feedback from travel agents and guests which aims to give agents a better feel for the product.
Sandals has been formally training agents for over 3 years and offers agents day and half day courses held at venues throughout the country.
Via attending a SABTA course, run by one of the 12 strong Sandals sales team, agents can increase their knowledge of the resorts and facilities in the Sandals and Beaches group, increasing their expertise in assisting clients to make the right choice. The training mainly focuses on what makes a Sandals and beaches all-inclusive and Ultra all-inclusive, and how Sandals
and Beaches resorts differ from the competition.
The training is divided into nine main subject areas:

Rooms and suites, Dining, Bars and swim up pool bars,
Land activities, Water sports,
Scuba, Signature spas, Weddings and Beaches Resorts.

Agents who attend any of the training sessions in 2003 will also receive a letter towards the Go Sandals
go Beaches incentive. For every one-week holiday an agent sells at Sandals or Beaches, they will receive another letter and when they have collected the nine letters to spell Go sandals or Go Beaches this can be exchanged for a seven-night holiday to one of the 19 Sandals or Beaches properties.

The first agent to report a booking to sandals or Beaches following a full days SABTA training course is also entitled to a free seven night holiday, (excluding flights), at a Sandals or Beaches Resort.
