Following a profitable year in 2002 Ariel Sands Manager John O`Brian announced that the hotel will be closed for restoration until February 2003.

Ariel Sands productive year in 2002 was aided by the addition of new restaurant `AQUA`. During 2003 `AQUA` will be extending its dining area to the outside lower terrace. The hotel is owned by Hollywood star Michael Douglas
