Carla Noel, vice president and director of tourism for the Tourism and Industrial Development Co. of Trinidad & Tobago Ltd. (Tidco), resigned effective Dec. 12.
She accepted a post with Australian-based BHP Biliton, a diversified resources concern, which has an office in Trinidad. A successor is expected to be named shortly.

In other news, Brian Harry came aboard as the new president of Tidco, succeeding Vishnu Ramlogan, who stepped down last October.

Harry most recently was a senior manager and a principal consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Houston.
