Princess Details 2003-04 Caribbean Cruise Season

Four ships sailing on a variety of discovery itineraries that showcase both popular ports and lesser-known islands are the highlights of Princess` 2003-04 Caribbean season.
Together, Grand Princess, Golden Princess, Dawn Princess and Sun Princess will offer 111 departures on six unique itinerary choices, ranging from seven to 10 days. In addition, several itineraries can be combined for a longer, 14- or 20-day getaway.

Grand Princess returns to the Caribbean in Fall 2003 to offer weekly Western Caribbean sailings roundtrip from Ft. Lauderdale, including calls at Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Costa Maya and Princess Cays, Princess` private island. The 109,000-ton vessel will offer Sunday departures between October 5, 2003 and May 16, 2004.
Golden Princess will offer a season of seven-day roundtrip Eastern Caribbean itinerary that features calls at St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Princess Cays. Sailings depart on Saturdays between October 25, 2003 and May 15, 2004 from Ft. Lauderdale. Passengers can also choose to follow their Golden Princess cruise for a full 14-day vacation. Those booking this back-to-back option will receive complimentary hotel accommodations and transfers between sailings.
Dawn Princess will sail on two alternating seven-day itineraries in the Southern Caribbean. Both routes feature roundtrip departures from San Juan on Sundays. Classic Southern Caribbean cruises calls Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, Tortola and St. Thomas, while the Southern Caribbean Explorer itinerary has added a stop in St. Kitts, in addition to the ports of St. Thomas, Grenada, Caracas (La Guaira) and Aruba. The two itineraries can also be combined for a 14-day Grand Caribbean Vacation. Dawn Princess cruises depart between October 12, 2003 and April 11, 2004.
For a longer Caribbean getaway, Sun Princess will offer alternating 10-day cruises to the eastern and southern Caribbean. The ship will feature 21 departures—a 75 percent increase from the 2002-03 season for longer Caribbean sailings. The Eastern Caribbean Islander route features a new call at St. Vincent, plus Antigua, Barbados, St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Princess Cays, while the Southern Caribbean Medley features Curacao, Isla Margarita, Barbados, Dominica, St. Thomas and Princess Cays. Both itineraries offer roundtrip departures from Ft. Lauderdale beginning October 2, 2003 through April 19, 2004, and can be combined for a longer, 20-day vacation.


Fares for Princess` Caribbean voyages begin at $609 per person, based on double occupancy. Balcony cabins begin at $1019 per person, and third- and fourth-berth rates begin at just $199.
