The 2002 Travel Planners Guide for the Crescent City has a new feature for agents—the service fax.

Retailers with questions for the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau can fill out the form and fax it to the tourism staff, who will answer the inquiries.

The planner also offers information on the city and its environs, hotels, restaurants, attractions and local tour operators as well as suggested itineraries.
