Travel arrangers can now easily provide their clients with a detailed record of their complete travel plans, including itinerary, e-Ticket receipt and e-Invoice with Virtually There.
Travelers can be notified via email that their arranger has issued an e-Invoice available through the site. The e-Invoice can be obtained directly from their online trip plans. It contains detailed itinerary information and corresponding expenses and is available in seven languages—English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. Virtually There averages about 4 million site visits per month and 225,000 hits per day. During a recent user survey 93 percent of the respondents reported that they were satisfied with Virtually There and 72 percent indicated that they were happier with their travel arranger as a result of having anytime access to the site.
