Rocking Frog, a wireless data technology business currently in incubation within BTexact Technologies` corporate incubator, Brightstar, and WCITIES, a global location-based information service provider, are collaborating to jointly develop applications combining WCITIES` location-based content with Rocking Frog`s personalisation technology.

According to m-travel.com, the companies said WCITIES and Rocking Frog`s services will be accessible through any Internet or SMS enabled device, meaning that mobile network operators and Internet service providers can tap into the highly lucrative location-based services market, predicted to be worth more than US$20 billion globally by 2006.
