Leading Hotels of The World Selects TRUST International for Voice Reservations in Europe

TRUST International, a member of the Bertelsmann Group and a global provider of reservations technology for the hospitality industry, announced that the company has been selected by The Leading Hotels of the World, a prestigious luxury marketing organization representing 395 of the world`s finest hotels, to provide consolidated voice reservation services from the company`s existing offices in London, Paris, and Frankfurt.

Leading Hotels of the World will continue to operate its current call centers in Milan and Moscow. TRUST Voice was implemented on December 1, 2001, with European call volume supported by TRUST`s European Communication Center in Frankfurt, Germany.


TRUST Voice, which provides multilingual voice reservations, includes service to major European markets such as France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom among others. TRUST`s Global Communication Call Centers service 36 countries worldwide in currently 16 languages. TRUST maintains three Global Communication Call Centers located in Frankfurt, Germany; Orlando, Florida; and Singapore
