Datalex Director Resigns.
Armin Meier has resigned as non-Executive Director of Datalex.
Mr. Meier joined the Datalex Board of Directors in May 2000 while serving as president and CEO of Atraxis Group AG, a technology systems integration firm. Datalex Executive Chairman Neil Wilson said, “I would like to thank Armin for his wise counsel and his commitment during an important period for the Company. We appreciate his significant contribution and advice as a valuable partner and Director of Datalex over the last eighteen months.”
