Noble House Hotels & Resorts Selects StayOnline for Wireless Access Program

Noble House Hotels & Resorts, the award-winning operator of one-of-a-kind luxury properties in the United States, has selected Atlanta-based StayOnline as its provider partner to deploy wireless high-speed Internet access.

Based in Kirkland, WA, Noble House initially plans to embark on two high-visibility StayOnline wireless Internet connectivity pilot projects:

1. The Hotel Edgewater in Seattle - the city’s only waterfront hotel, with 236 guestrooms and 10 meeting rooms

2. The Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club in Redondo Beach, CA, a world-renowned property with 163 guestrooms, two suites and eight meeting rooms.

“After reviewing a multitude of access options available in the market, we selected StayOnline to provide its state-of-the-art wireless Internet connectivity to our collection of luxury properties, beginning with these two high-priority projects,” said Phil Brown, President of Noble House Hotels & Resorts.  “This significant new addition to the Noble House amenity portfolio utilizes StayOnline’s cost-effective state-of-the-art wireless connectivity solutions and convenient access to the Internet and e-mail.
“In line with our other amenities, this new high-tech/high-touch StayOnline service will help Noble House in its core mission of creating one-of-a-kind stays, giving our properties a key competitive advantage for years to follow,” Mr. Brown continued. “In addition to building guest loyalty for repeat business and referrals, StayOnline’s wireless connectivity solutions will help our hotels tap new management tools to enhance productivity and profitability and to consistently optimize occupancies, rates and RevPAR.”

Antonio DiMilia, StayOnline President, said StayOnline’s wireless high-speed Internet access and in-room PC solutions are based on a business model proven to maximize value for all parties involved—from property owners and operators, to guests and employees, to brand franchisors and franchisees.

“StayOnline delivers the best value in Internet connectivity available today,” Mr. DiMilia said. “By offering StayOnline’s expandable wireless infrastructure, properties are uniquely positioned to take full advantage of advancing hospitality tools and technologies going forward.

“For nearly two decades, Noble House Hotels & Resorts has been committed to creating and managing unique, quality properties that both reflect and make a profound contribution to the communities in which they are located,” added Mr. Brown.

“For guests, this means arriving into a very distinctive setting, where every aspect of their experience is crafted, taking into account the local history, culture and environment.  Each Noble House property has its own character, yet maintains the consistent high standards of the collection as a whole,” he concluded. “Noble House is reaffirming this commitment to guest satisfaction by selecting the unique StayOnline wireless Internet connectivity solution.”
