Delta partners with Hertz & Starwood on MYOBTravel.com

Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has signed Hertz and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as strategic partners on
MYOBTravel.com, the airline`s small business Web site.

As part of this new
relationship, Hertz and Starwood will provide qualifying MYOBTravel customers
with special benefits like deep discounts, Delta SkyMiles(R) bonus miles,
complimentary club memberships, upgrades, and additional service enhancements
when booked as the customer`s preferred provider of rental car and
accommodation services.
MYOBTravel.com is a one-stop online travel solution that brings all the
power of professional travel management tools to U.S. small businesses.  The
site enables small business travelers and company travel planners to book
airline, car or hotel reservations at one place.
“Hertz and Starwood will provide small business customers even more
quality travel products while strengthening MYOBTravel`s mission of putting
customers in more control of their travel,” said Scott Klinger, Delta`s
general manager of business-to-consumer (B2C), responsible for small business
activities.  “We created and launched MYOBTravel in April 2001 to meet the
travel needs of the fast-growing small business market.  More than 6,000
companies have registered to use the site, and this quick response by the
marketplace is a true testimonial to the need for a small-business travel
solution.”

As the official rental car partner for MYOBTravel, Hertz will offer
discounts and promotions on rentals worldwide.  In addition, companies
enrolled in MYOBTravel will be able to join the Hertz small business program,
featuring free rental days, SkyMiles and other benefits.
“We`re looking forward to this strategic partnership, which is a natural
extension of an outstanding, long relationship between Delta and Hertz,” said
Frank Camacho, Hertz` staff vice president, Marketing.  “A number of Hertz
initiatives have been brought to market with an eye towards better servicing
this very important travel segment.  Participating in the MYOBTravel site is a
wonderful opportunity for us to continue that approach.”
Starwood`s vice president of revenue and distribution management, Brenda
Barnes, said the importance of the small business traveler to Starwood is
invaluable.  “Through this strategic partnership, MYOBTravel customers can
easily access Starwood`s portfolio of more than 750 hotels around the world,”
she said.  “Our award-winning hotels, combined with the special benefits
associated with being an MYOBTravel customer, add up to a great value for the
small business traveler.”
Starwood will offer MYOBTravel customers complimentary Corporate Preferred
memberships in its Preferred Guest program in addition to other ongoing
promotions.

Customers will find a complete list of benefits and program conditions as
part of this new partnership at MYOBTravel.com.  MYOBTravel, developed from a
partnership between Delta`s e-Business and Delta Technology units, is designed
for small businesses with five to 50 travelers that spend less than $500,000
on annual airfare.  After a company registers online with its tax ID number,
small business travelers or travel planners may use MYOBTravel to book travel
arrangements.
