Guillaume Deguerry, export sales manager at Locatel, says Guest-Tek`s success in North America demonstrates the company has a reliable, proven product to offer European hoteliers. “Guest-Tek has a 97% success rate for connecting guests, which is the highest in the North American hospitality industry.” Deguerry says Guest-Tek also has a strong customer base, and was recently selected as the preferred provider of in-room high-speed Internet access for Hyatt Hotels Corporation in North America.
