Newtrade Technologies Inc., the travel commerce machinery company, announced that it has signed an agreement with Galileo International, a leading provider of electronic global distribution services for the travel industry.

Under the terms of the agreement, hotels that use Newtrade`s solutions will prosper from extended coverage and will have their products offered via Internet to some 44,000 travel agency locations throughout the world.

“Our agreement with Galileo significantly increases our customers` visibility as well as the potential number of buyers for their products, thus maximizing their sales performance,” stated Barry Gleason, vice president, sales and marketing. As one of the world`s leading providers of electronic global distribution services, Galileo connects approximately 44,000 travel agency locations to 500 airlines, 37 car rental companies, 47,000 hotel properties, 368 tour operators and all cruise lines throughout the world.
