Continental Airlines’ Web Site Lands No. 1 Spot in Forrester PowerRankings

Continental Airlines’ web site ( recently was named by Forrester PowerRankings as the No. 1 airline site. Forrester PowerRankings combine survey data from online consumers, shopping-experience tests and unbiased expert analysis to provide rankings of the leading eCommerce sites.

Forrester honored Continental’s web site for its high usability and customer service. It also recognized the web site as one of the few airline sites to integrate hotel and rental car reservations into the ticketing process.

Continental Airlines’ web site ( or America Online keyword: Continental) continues to be top-rated among consumer polls. This summer, the web site was rated No.1 in customer satisfaction for the third consecutive time by NPD Online Research. Continental and its online agency Novo Interactive/Blue Marble also won the Association of National Advertisers’ CASIE Award, which honors the most effective advertising and marketing on the Internet.
