Lastminute.com lets hotels update availability with speech recognition software

lastminute.com has added speech recognition software from Nuance and Nortel Networks to its extranet to help manage inventories and hotel room bookings.
It will now be possible for hotel managers to update their inventory directly on lastminute.com`s database by speaking or using a touch-tone system to input their reference number.
