Guestline Ltd, supplier of reservation systems to the hospitality industry, has completed a contract for Scottish & Newcastle Retail (S&NR) to fully integrate the budget hotel Premier Lodge web site to Guestline`s leading CRS, GuestLynx.

Utilising SOAP/XML (Simple Object Access Protocol/eXtensible Markup Language) technology, GuestLynx communicates real-time data such as reservations, availability, hotel information, guest profiles and rates to the Premier Lodge web site. Guestline`s Property Management System (PMS) is installed in 119 Premier Lodge properties, and fully integrates with the GuestLynx CRS to provide a single image of room stock and live availability.

Guestline worked in partnership with London-based Good Technology, which was appointed to design and serve the Premier Lodge web site.
