The Brookdale Health Hydro is situated in the heart of the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands - a comfortable four and a half hour drive from Johannesburg and a one and a half hour drive from Durban.

Brookdale is a ten minute drive from the highway on a tarred road. Take the Nottingham Road exit off the N3 and follow the R103. Pass the entrance to Nottingham Road Village and continue past Rawdons Hotel. You will find Brookdale on the left just past Rawdons.

The health hydro is close to Southern berg resorts and is at the centre of the popular Midlands Meander Arts and Crafts route. In and around the village of Nottingham Road you will find cheese makers, craft studios, art galleries, handcrafted furniture, a brewery and home decor outlets.

All Brookdale Health Hydro guests have use of the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, heated outdoor pool and exercise equipment, and they may participate in exercise classes offered.
