HUBWOO.com, the leading European operator of private market places, is adding a new layer to its offering by integrating a business travel management solution.
After developing solutions for management of temporary work and customizable online forms (letterheads, business cards ...) HUBWOO.com can now offer its customers a solution for managing, via their private market place, the 3rd largest operating cost item for companies : business travel.
This new service was integrated into the HUBWOO.com platform following the signature of a partnership agreement with KDS, leading supplier of online business travel management software (plane, train, hotel, car rental ...).
This new service is a global, open-ended solution that can be accessed on all the private marketplaces used by HUBWOO.com customers :
- immediate coverage of both Europe and the USA (connection to the major GDSs, notably AMADEUS, GALILEO and SABRE)
- live connection with the main providers of services to companies (hotels and hotel chains, car rental ...)
- capacity to automate the company`s travel policy (integration of framework contract conditions, traveller profiles, order traceability, ...) and hence generate substantial savings
- simple to use (the solution resembles an Internet booking operation) and hence guarantees a substantial take-up rate.
The operating principle is very simple : HUBWOO.com customers connect to their market place via their Internet browser and the user seeks the “Business travel” module in the electronic catalogue. He/she then makes the desired bookings (plane, hotel, train, car), after which the travel file follows the internal validation circuit, parametered in the user`s market place. Once validated, the file is transmitted to the usual travel agency for print-out of tickets/vouchers.
