OnboarD has announced that it has signed a new fleetwide contract with the Yachts of Seabourn for its IssuTraxTM AVO and CyberCafe@SeaTM Internet Café Systems. This new contract adds to an already existing engagement with The Yachts of Seabourn that includes OnboarD’s CurrencyXchange? The IssuTraxTM AVO System automates the manual and paper processes that have become commonplace in much of the cruise industry for AVO facilities management. The IssuTraxTM AVO System can be used to manage AVOs, Guest Complaints, Incidents, Facilities Maintenance and more. The web based interface and graphical dashboard can be accessed from any PC on the ship or in the head office. The IssuTraxTM AVO System also supports the use of Mobile devices and can be integrated into the ship’s PBX system.

 

The Onboard CyberCafe@SeaTM Internet Café System has a NO REVENUE SHARE business model which means the customer keeps all the revenue generated by the system. The CyberCafe@SeaTM System is fully customizable and can incorporate the customer’s look and feel and branding elements. The system can also work with any Satellite Provider and PMS system and has a variety of billing options and bandwidth control functions.
