Expedia Media Solutions has today announced a new online advertising and marketing partnership with VisitDenmark - the Official Tourism Organisation of Denmark.
The new partnership will see VisitDenmark, SAS Scandinavian Airlines and Wonderful Copenhagen join together to promote short breaks to Copenhagen across five countries, including the UK, Germany, Italy, France and the US, and seven different Expedia and Hotels.com points of sale.
“We are hoping that this relationship with Expedia Media Solutions will enable us to increase the number of visitors to Copenhagen”, said Director Henrik Kahn from VisitDenmark UK. “Working with both the Expedia and Hotels.com brands enables us to implement a campaign that has a global reach and that integrates effortlessly into the marketing activity we have already planned for Copenhagen as part of an intensified global marketing of urban tourism.”

The high profile campaigns on the Expedia and Hotels.com websites will run in conjunction with a joint tactical outdoor campaign in the UK and Italy.
