DOCOMO launches new brand campaign

DOCOMO interTouch has launched a new brand campaign that centres on the theme “Some Companies Promise The World, We Deliver It”.This brand proposition is the key inspiration behind the new corporate logo - designed to communicate DOCOMO interTouch’s clear-cut commitment to deliver innovative technology solutions tailored to meet the needs of today’s hotel guest.

The visual centrepiece of the brand campaign incorporates parent company NTT DOCOMO’s new logo, recently unveiled as part of a separate rebranding campaign.

Concurrent with their new corporate slogan - Enhancing Guest Experience - the modern, simplistic and curved design of the logo’s typeface reflects the need for simplicity with a human touch in DOCOMO interTouch’s solutions and services. This reflects DOCOMO interTouch’s commitment to pursue technological advances with superior service quality, to provide a guest experience that is nothing less than a cut above.

DOCOMO interTouch CEO Charles Reed said that the new brand is a response to the company’s rapid expansion and its stronger ties to NTT DOCOMO.

“We have undergone some very exciting and significant shifts in our business over the last six months alone. We provide technology services to over 1,000 hotels in 63 countries with an expanded product range that includes more interactive solutions and in-room entertainment services such as Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). DOCOMO interTouch is also the first in Asia to deliver high-definition television (HDTV) to hotel guests,” said Reed.
