Ryanair has announced the launch of a new route from Birmingham to Prague, its tenth new route from its new Midlands hub.

The move follows the opening of its new base at Birmingham when it announced nine other new routes also due to take off in October.

Bridget Dowling of Ryanair said: “The new flight to Prague which starts on October 26th will operate 5 times weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and will carry an additional 70,000 passengers p. a. to and from Birmingham sustaining a further 70 jobs in the area.
