SWISS will be joining Lufthansa on its dedicated travel trade programme eXperts, which now includes the newly updated co-branded website ww.lufthansaexperts.com. The site has been designed to improve communications with the trade and offer 24-hour day support with all the latest product and pricing information.Agents will be asked to update their profile when they first visit the new site to ensure they are able to take advantage of the improved services such as increased booking support, further details about products, onboard ground services, schedules and more. The ‘My eXperts’ section of the site will act as a leisure forum for agents with details about music, exciting events, books, games and raffles. The easy to navigate site will also provide agents with access to special trade fares.
From mid-June until mid-August SWISS and Lufthansa will run an eXperts summer campaign over an eight-week period; ‘eXtras’ will run four game competitions with fantastic prizes.
