Best Western adds Edmundston hotel

Best Western International has announced the addition of the Best Western Edmundston Hotel, located at 280 Boul Hebert in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada. Owned by Sylvain and Rino Cyr, the non-smoking hotel offers 134 guest rooms including four suites.

Hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool with kids’ waterslide, hot tub, fitness center and a complimentary continental breakfast deluxe. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 32-inch LCD television and wireless high-speed Internet access. The hotel also offers two meeting facilities to accommodate up to 50 people.

“Best Western is proud to welcome the Edmundston Hotel to our chain,” said Mark Williams, vice president, North American development for Best Western International. “This property will give another quality lodging option to business and leisure guests traveling to the Edmundston area.”

Located in the scenic New Brunswick province, hotel guests have easy access to a variety of attractions such as the New Brunswick Botanical Garden and the Edmundston Golf Club. Many nearby universities and community colleges are just blocks from the property making it a popular lodging choice for those visiting the college campuses.
