Emirates Palace appoints new spa director
Jittima Wongsiripaiboon has been appointed as Spa Director of the Anantara Spa at Emirates Palace. A connoisseur of massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy, Wongsiripaiboon is qualified in many facets of the spa industry, and has extensive managerial experience in many highly regarded spas in her native Thailand.
Hans Olbertz, General Manager of Kempinski’s Emirates Palace, said: “Since opening in June 2007, the spa has become an essential part of Emirates Palace and we are delighted to now welcome Jittima, who possesses excellent qualifications and an impressive career in the spa industry. With experience spanning over seven years, Ms Wongsiripaiboon began her career in the spa industry in Thailand with Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel, then onto the acclaimed Mandara Spa at Royal Orchid Sheraton, before spending time in bustling Bangkok’s spa industry as Assistant Spa Director at Grand Hyatt Erawan and Spa Manager at Metropolitan Hotel.
Fluent in Thai and English, Ms Wongsiripaiboon brings a wealth of hands-on experience to Anantara Spa, and will now add her intuitive management style to the popular holistic destination.
