Travel Buddy, the mobile company that provides location based information to holidaymakers relevant to their travel dates and destination has announced it has developed a system for First Choice.The travel company’s customers will now be provided with up-to-date ski and snow reports so travellers can plan ahead and make the most of their time on the slopes.

This new offering provided by Travel Buddy will offer First Choice customers the option of receiving ski and snow information related to their destination and time of travel via a text message. Users signed up to the service can access this information for the period of their holiday and it will automatically stop the day they return. The service provides a valuable communication tool to First Choice customers, direct to their mobile prior to departure as well as in the ski resort. The information removes the pressure of finding out the weather reports for the day and allows customers to kick back, relax and enjoy their winter break.

 

In addition to the ski and snow reports, First Choice customers can also request local emergency and contact information specific to their actual destination by just texting the keyword ‘Info’ to a designated number.
