ANA threatened by strike

The unions of four ANA subsidiary airlines have threatened to take 24 hour strike action to express dissatisfaction with the management stance in their spring round of talks. The unions in question are: Air Nippon Crew’s Association, composed of 448 pilots; Air Nippon Network Pilot Union, composed of 60 pilots; Air Next Crew’s Association, composed of 30 pilots and Air Central Pilots’ Union, composed of 48 pilots.

Air Nippon, Air Nippon Network, Air Next and Air Central will continue urgent negotiations with the unions to avoid a strike.
