Site promotes new Disneyland Paris ride

A new website has launched to give adrenaline guzzling junkies the opportunity to interactively
experience The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 1 attraction at Disneyland
Resort Paris before its official premiere on 5th April 2008. Making its European debut from US soil, the highly popular The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror attraction is based on a ‘lost episode’ of the hit 1950’s cult TV show The Twilight Zone, where on a dark and stormy night in 1939, lightning strikes the landmark Hollywood Tower Hotel and five hotel guests in an elevator are dropped 13 stories into the 4th dimension!

Diehard thrill seekers can experience the ambience and sheer physical exhilaration of the 13-story drop elevator attraction through the website’s three interactive elements:

Drop in and experience sheer exhilaration

The website takes you on a guided virtual tour of the spooky 1930’s art deco hotel where a ghoulish bellhop will help you retrace the footsteps of the lost guests through the lobby, boiler room and library of the deserted hotel.

An image of sheer terror

If that’s not enough to whet your appetite, find out what your face would look like after braving the gravity-defying, 13-story high-speed plunge, by uploading a picture of yourself. Click on the ‘Tower of Terror Effect’ icon and choose from five different styles, from the weird to the wonderful - but one thing’s for sure, you’ll never look the same again!

Brave or mere bravado?

If you think you’ve got what it takes from your virtual experience, buckle your seatbelts and get ready for the real thing when The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ride premieres in Paris on the 5th April 2008. More information can also be found at… Drop in if you dare!
