Grand Residences by Marriott has announced the appointment of Paul Reynolds, 37, as project director of its prestigious fractional ownership residence in Mayfair. In this role, Reynolds oversees the sales and marketing efforts for the property.
Previously, Reynolds worked for the lodging division of Marriott International, Inc. for nearly five years in both sales and marketing roles, and most recently as head of agency, conference and incentive sales. He succeeds Christian Jensen Broby. Before joining Marriott, Reynolds worked for both Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts and Forte Hotels in sales, marketing and operations. Born in Scotland, Reynolds is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in hospitality management.
“We are delighted to have Paul on board at 47 Park Street,” said Paula Woodgate, regional vice president, sales and marketing Europe and Middle East. “His experience and skills within Marriott will provide a wealth of knowledge to the team.”
“Fractional ownership is an exciting and fast developing global concept in the luxury property, leisure and lifestyle sectors,” said Reynolds. “Being involved with one of the best known and prestigious addresses in the hospitality arena is a fantastic opportunity and challenge.”
