Group One Partners has been chosen to redesign the public spaces and
guestrooms for six Sheraton Hotel properties, with construction beginning
in February. Charged with developing a design to reinvigorate the
properties and enhance the guest experience, Group One is using saturated
colors, visually arresting textures and strong architectural elements to
develop vibrant, engaging spaces.

  Design work has been completed and construction will begin on the first
property, the Sheraton Suites Market Center in Dallas, this month. The
projects will be completed late Summer 2008, with the property in Columbus,
Ohio.

  This portfolio represents a long-term relationship for Group One and
the Sheraton brand. Three recently completed Sheraton properties include
Wakefield, Mass., Framingham, Mass., and Norfolk, Va. For these three
hotels, Group One Partners designed and managed extensive renovation work
on all areas.
