TACA reveals Panama expansion

TACA’s passengers will have a new way of arriving to the city of David, in the Chiriqui Province in Panama, thanks to the new direct flight being operated by the airline from San Jose, Costa Rica.This new flight will leave San Jose at 12:20 and arrive at David at 14:20 hours, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. It will return, leaving David at 16:25 and arriving at 16:25 in San Jose, on the same days. These are all local hours.

The route will be operated with ATR42 aircrafts, with a 48 passenger capacity.


This operation offers several options to connect with TACA’s route network for Central and North America. Passengers originating in El Salvador, Guatemala, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Mexico in the morning flight bank, will be able to connect directly towards David. The inverse connection is also available for the return to those destinations.
