United Airlines has launched it’s service from Los Angeles to Frankfurt.“We are continuing to expand our network and give customers the service they expect and the destinations they want,” says Kevin Knight, United’s senior vice president-Planning. “Our business travelers will have numerous dining and entertainment options that will leave them refreshed and ready to work right after they land.”

Following an appetizer and soup, customers traveling in United First® will dine from a selection of entrees, including Charlie Trotter’s orange and ginger cured duck confit with roasted shallot vinaigrette, braised fennel and hazelnut jasmine. United Business customers will follow an appetizer with a choice of three entrees that includes Charlie Trotter’s Thai barbecue braised boneless beef short ribs with Yukon gold potato puree, sauteed baby bok choy and caramelized pearl onions.

 

Customers in all cabins will have a wide range of entertainment options, including The Darjeeling Limited, Hairspray, Resurrecting the Champ, and Superbad. United First customers will have additional movies available through their personal video systems, including Ocean’s Thirteen, Shrek the Third, and The Simpson’s Movie.
