Fairmont enhances online experience

VRX Worldwide and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts are forming a global
marketing partnership which will see VRX Studios serving as Fairmont’s
preferred provider of online visual content services.
VRX Studios is a
wholly owned subsidiary of VRX Worldwide.

  As the world leader in vertically integrated content production,
management, and distribution services, VRX Studios will produce
high-definition virtual tours, still images and interactive maps of all
Fairmont properties. In addition to production services, VRX Studios will
provide managed content hosting services of all new content on Fairmont.com
and distribute approved content to third-party websites.

guests a distinctive portfolio of over 50 properties that truly reflect the
essence of their destination. Featuring iconic landmarks like The Fairmont
San Francisco, The Fairmont Banff Springs, and London’s Savoy, Fairmont
hotels are more than a place to stay; they are one-of-a-kind properties
where sophisticated travelers can discover storied life experiences. The
collection provides an ideal platform for continued expansion, with over 20
properties in development across the globe.

  Under the terms of the agreement, VRX will schedule and deploy
photographers to cover each property and will provide a comprehensive set
of services including content management and distribution. VRX will provide
all logistical, project management and scheduling functions for all
Fairmont properties located around the world. The companies will work
closely together to add coverage of new properties in the Fairmont
collection as they open and ensure accuracy of the archive through VRX’s
industry leading Always Fresh(TM) program.
