Travel Ad Network (TAN) has been selected by the European Travel Commission (ETC), an association of National Tourism Organizations, to rep the inventory on visiteurope.com.
visiteurope.com is the official tourism site of the European Travel Commission offering visitors information, travel guidance and links to the official tourism sites for the 38 member countries giving more than 140,000 monthly unique visitors all the information they need as they prepare for their European vacations. While browsing through its pages or its interactive map of Europe, visitors can access interesting articles about the countries, their exciting cities and the regions of Europe, as well as a list of events taking place during their stay. The site provides a broad range of practical tourist information and a series of useful tools, such as weather conditions, a currency converter, brochure downloads or the opportunity to send e-cards of various countries to friends and family.
“visiteurope.com is the perfect first stop for anyone planning a trip anywhere in Europe. Visitors can quickly navigate from one country to the next, from one city of interest to the next and benefit from lots of great travel advice and tips,” says Cree Lawson, Founder and CEO of TAN. “With pressure on the dollar, tourists are doing more online research to find the more affordable destinations. There is no better place to start than visiteurope.com.”
“When it came to selecting the most appropriate company to rep our inventory, the choice of Travel Ad Network became obvious! In addition to being the expert in our field (tourism), they also had the structure we were looking for,” says Karine Bruère, Online Marketing Manager at ETC. “We are very pleased to have them work with us on visiteurope.com.”
