Utell Hotels & Resorts launched the Utell Business Collection at WTM. The new bespoke selection of hotels, aimed at business travellers and travel bookers, is the fifth collection and joins the highly successful existing Utell Collections, Utell Luxury, Boutique, Spa and Golf which were launched at ITB earlier this year.
The hotels and resorts within the Utell Business Collection are located in the world’s major gateways, city centres, and business districts. The participating hotels provide a range of services for business travellers, such as high-speed internet access, dedicated business centres, and private areas for meetings. The Collection is aimed at business travellers and travel bookers in small to medium companies who do not use corporate travel managers or a TMC service to book their business travel accommodation.
Although the Collection has been created with business in mind, many of the hotels within the portfolio offer business travellers additional services such as spa or golf facilities, others properties such as The Royal Cancun Hotel, Mexico are in inspiring and exotic resort locations.

Utell will apply the sales, marketing and distribution support which has been fundamental to the development of the existing Utell Collections the Utell Business Collection. This support aims to drive customers to hotels by focusing on the business offering of the members of the Business Collection. In addition Utell Business will benefit travel agents by helping them to identify appropriate hotels and sell them more efficiently and professionally to their business customers.
In line with the existing Utell Collections, Utell Business will have its own consumer facing website www.UtellBusiness.com, maximising Pegasus Solutions’ expertise and online reach in web and distribution technology. Hotel members will also benefit from inclusion in high quality directories, electronic marketing to targeted hotel customers, active media engagement through public relations and advertising, e-mail database brand and promotional marketing and partnerships with signature websites relevant to each programme.
