Grand, complimenting the existing 24-hour butler service. E-butler allows guests to
send email messages from any location at any time during or in the run up to their
stay. The service is dedicated to satisfying the needs of the hotel’s clientele.


Included in the package price for the suites and The Imperial rooms, the 24 hour
butler and e-butler service presents guests with a special welcome and attention,
provided by the distinguished and timeless “savoir faire” of your own butler. Two
floors of the hotel are dedicated to extraordinary privileges and comfort providing
everything from valet service to the daily inspection of accommodations, to
luxurious bath amenities by Hermés and Acqua di Parma. The butlers are on hand to
respond to guest’s every requirement and every whim. For those staying in a Superior
or Deluxe room, butler is available for just £70 per day.
