Norwegian launches Stavanger route

19th Sep 2007

Norwegian will start a new route from London-Gatwick to Stavanger from the 2nd of November. The route will initially be served with four weekly frequencies and is Norwegian’s sixth route from London.

“We are happy to add Stavanger to our extensive network from London. With our low prices starting at GBP 26, - one way, including taxes, we believe this new route will be a success. Stavanger has a lot to offer the visitors, including a beautiful old harbour with restaurants and cafes and many inner city lakes which are popular recreational areas. Stavanger is only a short boat trip away from Norway’s most famous fjords and coastal scenery. For the business traveller it is important to know that Stavanger is the oil capital of Norway, with many international companies present. Stavanger also offers connections onwards to other Norwegian domestic destinations” says Daniel Skjeldam, Director Network and Revenue in Norwegian.
