Aer Arann adds text service

Aer Arann is launching a new free
text messaging service for customers booking with the airline.

Aer Arann customers will now be able to receive all booking reference
numbers by text message when they book online on The
airline’s new service is available immediately as a result of an
innovation on the Aer Arann website which makes the booking process
mobile friendly.

Commenting on this new service, Colin Lewis Head of Sales and Marketing
said, “We are constantly looking at ways of improving our service to our
customers. This new text service allows our customers access their
flight reference number and details directly from their mobile phone.”
