Continental helps out hurricane victims

Continental Airlines is providing ticketing flexibility for customers whose travel plans may be affected by Hurricane Felix (Caribbean) or Tropical Storm Henriette (Eastern Pacific). Customers who have immediate travel plans to any of the cities listed below may reschedule or reroute travel once, without a penalty, through Sept. 10, 2007.

Affected travelers now have the option of going to to change their flights. This new function allows Continental to make real-time updates to re-accommodation policies and recognizes when it is appropriate to waive change fees or additional fare collections. Customers need to enter their confirmation number and last name in “Manage Reservations.”
