Air France - KLM promotes Ramadan deal

Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines are giving Award tickets on the route UAE - Europe for only half of the Miles normally necessary. ‘We are inviting our Flying Blue members to spend their Miles until 10th October. This is the occasion to visit Europe and enjoy the pleasant weather there,’ states Robert Chad, UAE Country Manager for Air France KLM.

Flying Blue is the frequent flyer programme of AIR FRANCE and KLM. Any one flying on any Skyteam airline ( Continental Airlines, Delta, Alitalia etc.) can enroll and earn Miles from this programme.

Members from Qatar and Saudi Arabia can also get these reduced Miles Award tickets on the Doha, Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah flights to and from Europe operated by AIR FRANCE and KLM. In Bahrain and Kuwait, members will be able to order their reduced Miles Award tickets online. This product is called ‘Web@ward’.

The Flying Blue programme has recently celebrated its 2nd anniversary on June 6th, 2007. Flying Blue is the first FFP (Frequent Flyer Program) in Europe by the number of members and accounts for more than 12.5 millions of AIR FRANCE and KLM customers of which 1.25 millions enrolled in the programme over the past year.Ç Flying Blue È is divided into 4 levels ; Ivory, Silver, Gold and Platinium.

The programme provides many advantages and benefits to its members thanks to the combination of both networks, the partnership of more than 30 airlines, offering 18 000 flights on 900 destinations worldwide, and more than 100 non airline partners.
