The Arizona Office of Tourism has appointed leading travel marketing and public relations agency, Hills Balfour Synergy to showcase the extensive product offerings across the Grand Canyon State. One of the key factors in Hills Balfour Synergy’s PR campaign will be to increase visitor numbers and length of stay.
Whilst of course promoting the renowned landmark the Grand Canyon, Hills Balfour Synergy will balance media attention with Arizona’s diverse Native American culture and incredible niche product offerings including the wide ranging number of golf courses available in the State - over 300. Other key markets will be driving tours which range from the mother road, Route 66 to culture and cowboys and a plethora of outdoor recreation activities Arizona offers, including skiing and rafting.
Amanda Hills, managing director of Hills Balfour Synergy commented: “Arizona has so much to offer the UK holiday maker - from the well known attractions such as the Grand Canyon to the lesser known family fun activities available in America’s natural amusement park’. I am thrilled that we are representing Arizona in the UK.”
Jacki Mieler, director of media relations and communications, Arizona Office of Tourism added: “We are confident that Hills Balfour Synergy, with their extensive experience of the travel industry, will prove to be a valuable resource. I am very much looking forward to a long working relationship.”
