Austrian operates three Bucharest flights

Austrian Airlines will increase, starting October 2007, the number of regular flights between Bucharest and Vienna from two to three flights per day, the company said.

Beside these flights, Austrian Airlines will continue to operate the two flights alongside Romania’s state-run airliner Tarom on a daily basis in code-share system.

“Using the hub in Vienna, passengers will fly from Bucharest to 61 cities in Western Europe, 46 destinations in Central and Eastern Europe and many other cities in the Middle East, Asia, Canada and USA,” the press statement of Austrian Airlines reads.

Austrian Airlines and Tarom jointly perform the flights based on code-share system.
