Air France-KLM, Delta eye route joint venture

Air France-KLM and Delta Air Lines are expected to place their main transatlantic routes in a joint venture from April 2008, according to Les Echos on Monday. The deal would mark a new stage in their eight-year partnership, which has progressed without major problems, according to the newspaper.

The new JV would coincide with the implementation of the “open skies” agreement between the U.S. and Europe, according to the newspaper.
