Rocco Forte targets young guests

Rocco Forte’s Hotel Astoria in St Petersburg and its sister property the Angleterre Hotel have launched the world’s first loyalty scheme for young guests.  The Double ‘A’ Club is an exclusive children’s loyalty club, open to all kids under the age of 12 who have visited either hotel.  Loyalty is rewarded throughout the year with surprise gifts and exciting events.

To gain entry to the prestigious Double ‘A’ Club, children need to fill out an application form with their details, including a signature from their parents.  On completion of the application form, kids receive their own bronze club card which is stamped every time they use the hotel facilities.  Once five stamps have been collected, club members receive a surprise gift (such as a small fluffy toy and LEGO pieces) along with an upgrade to a silver and then to a gold membership card.

The Double ‘A’ Club is part of Rocco Forte Hotels’ continuing commitment to providing its customers with 5-star service, whether they are 5 or 50.  Younger guests of many Rocco Forte Hotels can also enjoy the award-winning 5-Star Kids programme, offering tailored gifts, treatments and special menus.
