Trump Entertainment Resorts has selected TravelCLICK to provide a new distribution and marketing solution, including reservation services, market intelligence, electronic marketing services and travel agent advertising, for all three of its Atlantic City properties.Trump Marina Hotel Casino, Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino and Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort—currently totals more than 2,700 rooms, with an additional 800-room tower under construction at the Taj Mahal.
The move to TravelCLICK’s cutting-edge technology platform is designed to enhance Trump Entertainment Resorts’ ability to merchandise and sell rooms more effectively and is part of a significant investment in improvements the company is making to showcase its three casino hotels.
Trump Entertainment Resorts is using the iHotelier central reservations system to manage and grow website and Global Distribution System (GDS) reservations; TravelCLICK’s market intelligence tools, Hotelligence, Hotelligence FuturePACE and RateVIEW, to benchmark bookings performance against competitors; a suite of Internet marketing services, including Pay-Per-Click Advertising, to increase search visibility and online bookings; and Travel Agent Media Preferred Placement and Travel Agent Targeted Advertising to ensure superior visibility on the GDS.

The iHotelier central reservation system, with its award-winning, single-screen booking engine, iStay, provides a virtual hotel storefront that merchandises the Trump properties and delivers a dynamic user-driven shopping and booking experience that reinforces the organization’s philosophy of providing guests with an exceptional stay—from online to on-property. iHotelier allows the hotels to display inventory and room rates in real time, promote each property’s unique features and amenities, and capture incremental revenue through the merchandising of packages and add-ons. Pay-Per-Click advertising is already boosting web traffic and bookings. A new website, along with search engine optimization, will be implemented within a few months, and will further enhance each hotel’s online presence.
